Reset voicemail password

We just let an employee go and now I have no idea how to get into their voicemeail to change their message/password?

I also have no idea what version of Lucent hardware/software I have? Searching through the forums it seems there are a variety of systems so I may need help identifying my system first.

I guess first look in the closet where the phone system is and get a model number (and hopefully a release number) of the voice mail system, then it should be downhill from there. It is only my opinion, based on my experience and education...I am always willing to learn, educate me!
