Typically the voicemail has an admin mailbox number. You should be able to login to that mailbox and administer some of the user functions.
I'm not familiar with the integrated voicemails and whether they get administered thru Assistant E, but I've never even seen so much as a greyed out tab in there for voicemail so I would assume there is another software tool to use for that. It could be an IP address you hit and there is a web-based tool, or you might have to dial in with something like ProComm, or there may be a separate standalone program for it.
How do you typically administer your voicemail? Or does the tech usually do it?
