reset voicemail password

how do i reset user's password in modular messaging? what are the steps? are there any docs for reference?

Have you ever added a user to MM ? If so just go to the Subscriber page and enter the mailbox number and then put the new password in and hit save.

Really if you do not know how to do this you should get some training.

But we can reset password using telephone options as well.
I was little bit confused between subscriber page and telephone interface.

Telephone options ? you mean subscriber options? If you new you can do it that way why ask how to do it ?
