Reset Voicemail Password for User on Avaya Definity Audix

Need to know what steps to follow to reset a users voice mail password on an Avaya Definity system (Also called Audix I believe)

Help would be greatly appreciated!

Unlock the account (if needed) and put in a new passcode that is 1 digit shorter than the minimum passcode length. This will force the user to create a new passcode when they logon.
