Reset Vmail box password remotely

I have a BCM 3.6 that I can't communicate with by IP or dial modem. I will be going to this location in about 3 weeks, but mean time 2 of there Vmail box's have gotten locked. I have reset Vmail to the default password 0000 with a phone at this location using (F985) 973738767793.
the Vmail I need to reset password on is 2401 and 2402, what do I do next.????

f(983) log in just like a flash voicemail. have a user on site do it but then they will have the admin login.

I dont belive you can F983 from a phone onsite, you must HTTP into the BCM or the Callpilot and reset mailbox there if you dont have remote access.

f(983) 10020000 than mbox than chg than 2401 than reset. I can do this on my bcm with call pilot. It's not a 3.6 but unless they changed things I don't see why you can't.

Was not sure, I have a BCM 200 with 3.6 and it wont do Features for voicemail except Sm reset, seems all the 3.5 I have put in are ok.
