Reset vm passcode on Triad Starplus.

I need to reset the passcode on a telephone that I don't have the passcode for. Does anyone know how to do this?

A bit depends on exactly which voicemail platform you have - Triad supported a couple of different VM products. In the end, this is done via the system administrator mailbox. Access and follow verbal prompts. If you don't have admin mailbox info, you may need to contact your local installer. Where are you located?
