Reset Users on 7.3

I have a client that had a small power outage while users were logged into 7.3. The workstations went offline, but the server is on battery backup. When the workstations were restarted, they are no longer able to log into ACCPAC. The system shows them as already logged on. How can I reset these values? Also, the system has two licensees, so when I try to log in as admin, it tells me that there are no licenses available.

I'm not an AccPac expert by any means but when it happened to us our AccPac business partner told us that we had to reboot the server in order to release the licenses. That worked.
