Reset System Passwords

I recently bought an octel from a third party that forgot to give me the system passwords. Is there anyway to reset them? The manual says to reinitialize the server, but doesn't seem to explain how to do this?

you will need to have the eng bit on to do this. If you can't call into Avaya tach to get it on then we can help you.
