Reset Startup Options

I have messed up bad!!!
I am an entry level user of ACCESS 2000
I went into my project and created a "STATRTUP"
I disabled all of the menus. Now when I click on the project to go into it, it immediatly puts it in From View and I do not have the options to edit the design or ANYTHING. I do not even have a Tools menu item, View, Edit or anything. I need to get this back. How?

When you open the file hold the shift button untill its open normally you should now bypass everything

and if that doesnt work try importing everything (forms,reports) in a new adp.
