Hello, This forum first of all has been GREAT help. Ok to my issue, I have aprox 20 user connecting to citrix (MF1.8) they initially connect fine but I had problems later in the day after they tried to reconnect. I went on the server and saw all of there sessions still open, some were disconnected but I found in order to use them i had to "reset" them. there has to be a better way to do this. do they have to ALWAYS disconnect via the ICA connection center on there toolbar? It seems that citrix knows when it hits its limit (license's) and wont let anyone else on.
thanks again
jon

Make sure you have TIMEOUTS set for IDLE and DISCONNECTED sessions. This can be done from Connection Configuration.

Thanks that fixed it. The defaults were set to no timeouts so of course it never expired.
THanks again
