Reset root's password on JS20

Hello Folks

I have a JS20 blade running AIX 5.3.5 that I have the root password unknown ...How can I reset root;s password . I tried booting from the 5.3 cd but It does not come back with the options so I can get into the SYSTEM RECOVERY . What I am I doing wrong ...

Do you have the cd selected for that blade?

Remember the cd is usb connected and so is very very slow.

Thanks for the quick response ... I set the box bootlist to CD-ROM power it off and on it stopped at a 2008992 code like to could not find the boot info ...
