I have a M7310 phone. Buttons 2 through 7 are programmed to pickup certain extensions. When I hit Feature *3 and one of those buttons to reprogram it, the phone just tries to preform the programmed task (in this case, pickup a certain extension). I can use Feature *3 to reprogram any other button.

If I have to, I can reset the phone to factory standards, but I do not know how to do that.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I would change out that phone just to make sure there wasnt something wrong, if that doesnt fix it I would Try the Norstar forum!
