Whenever I navigate to "Active Directory Users and Computers" and right cick user name and choose reset password it gives me the following error:

Windows cannot access object Username because:
No such interface supported
The object have been deleted by another administrator in this enterprise.

I have checked every log file and could not find a single error. DNS and Active Directory works fine. Please help!!!

Try doing this from another server to see if you get the same error. If you do, there may be some AD corruption issue or something.

try reinstall the adminpak?

I've checked AD database, and it turned out to be just fine. Reinstalled admin pack on the server. Does not help either.

Everything happened after windows updates were installed... i've started thinking maybe there is problem with permissions...Is there any way to reset permission in AU to default?

did it upgrade to SP2?

What is the scope of the issue? One user, one OU, etc...

What are your rights when attempting this operation?

Are you performing this task from a DC or a member server or workstation?

Is the DC you are connected to running ADAM?

All users in active directory even Administrator (about 80 users in total). I am loged in as an Administrator, and yes I am performing it from DC itself. No it's not running ADAM.

Thanks.

PS I am able to delete users though.

Try redelegate Domain Admin access from the root of the domain to have full control..?

1st: check if this is related to the DC itself.
Install admin pack on XP and try it from there.

2nd:
On DC,

Reregister or try different versions for the following files:

C:\WINDOWS\system32
adsmsext.dll
tsuserex.dll

Reboot DC and try again.

A little progress here. I have installed Admin Pak on my XP station and connected to DC. Everything works perfect: I can delete accounts, change passwords, the whole nine yards.

Then I tried replacing those files on DC...It did not work. I uninstalled Windows 2003 Service Pack 2 Admin Tool Pak...and tried installing the same tool pack I installed on xp and it gave me the following error:

Windows Server 2003 Administration Tools Pack can only be installed on Windows XP Professional with QFE Q329357 applied, on Windows XP Professional Service Pack 1 or later, or on computers running Windows Server 2003 operation Systems

This is very strange because I am running windows 2003 server with latest service pack and all updated.

Any more ideas?

Have you deleted your user profile and created a new one?

I have not deleted my user profile...It is Administrator. I have created new one though. I have created Admin, and then tried doing it from there and it did not work. I think there should be a record in registry that needs to be removed/corrected manually.
