What password?
To reset the sys admin password.
F985, 9, 73738767793 resetsmpswd
To reset Operator password (F982)
F985, 7, 7373867377793 resetoperpswd
To Reset a Mailbox password:
Feature 983
Log: 1020000, press OK (if using three digit exts)
Press MBOX
Press CHNG
Dial mailbox number
Press RESET
Password is now reset to 0000
Mailbox owner will now need to log into their mailbox using 0000 and change the password

The other option is f983, pswd: 1020000, press 1 and reinstall, after you have to program the voicemail.
But with the option gave you for Roberts is ok.
