Hello, I'm from Brazil, and I'm having some problems.

We bought some used 9620 IP Phones, and they are with an another password.

I tried CRAFT, 1234, " " (blank) and it didn't work.

How can I change the password ??
Because I can't set the Ip Adress, Call Server and others....


Sorry for the english.....I din't speak english very well...
