Hi jwynn,
I don't know if you need to reset the admin password, but here is a link thread688-352496 I guess you may have to reinitialise every mailbox, selector code and announcement manually. It won't be "factory", but at least you can kill company names, etc. Don't forget to set the ip address to stock.

Guestworks,
It did work on a Partner Messaging V1. After you enter the numbers (intercom 777,0#,password#,9,98925327) the lady says "The system will return to factory settings…….Goodbye". You have to wait about five minutes after she says goodbye before you can dial intercom 777 without getting a busy. The hard drive will be crunching. It did not seem to change my administration password. Do you know if it should?

Should have changed it to 123456.

If the above does not work, send me a e-mail and I will tell you how to reset the SA password.

Actually, it should have _cleared_ the password. These units have no password out of the box. The first time in, you must set a password, with the minumum default length of 6 digits. Most installers will use 123456, but it doesn't have to be that way!
