Reset of Call Pilot Password

Hi,

Is there any way that we can RESET the "sysadmin" password of Call Pilot without unistalling & reinstalling the Call Pilot Software. I have lost my password. Plz help.

If you have another user setup with admin rights - logon using there login and make change to sysadmin box

Has the password ever been change from the default password?

yes, password has been cahnged and i don't have any other account.
