Do you have any other admin accounts with full admin priviledges? You could use that to reset the nnadmin password. When I set up a new BCM the first thing I do is build a second account in case someone changes the nnadmin password.
OR you can contact Avaya. They can logon as nnsupport user and reset it (asuming the auth key is standard "trust no one") or issue an exe and password reset file to reset it, however you would need the system id and a support contract with them. There was talk that registered partners would be able to generate the reset file for themselves, however this never materialised as far as I know (albeit I do have the application). To get the system id, flip it over and take a look at the bottom of Feature **SYSID from any 2 line display phoneset.
