Reset Name in company directory.

How do you reset the recorded name in the company directory? I have a new hire that I assigned an old extension to. I have reset the mailbox password and he can record a new voice message, but don't know how to force the user to record his name in the directory.

I usually remove the old mailbox and then add it back in.
Then the new user can re-initialize their mailbox.

to reset the name takes two steps. first the name must be changed under feature 9 8 3 programming->MBOX->NAME for the mailbox and then the person has to change the recording of the name under ADMIN option 1
