RESET MY USAGE DATA - LOG FILE?

Hello

re: Word 2000/Office 2000

When a user hits the "Reset My Usage Data" option (under toolbars customize) does this simply update the registry or is there a separate file somewhere that holds all the settings. Also, if you have a profile for each user, does this button reset for all users or just the current?
