reset message waiting lights 1

I have an opt 81c with mer mail. I have opt 11c at remot sights alluse same mer mail on the 81c. How do I reset all message waiting lights?

have you tried to log in to tools and used the menu there to reset MWI

go into tools and run a message waiting light audit.

Hit your login F key and type: tools
instead of your password.

It will then blank the screen and ask you for your password. You will see the number for MWI Audit. Hit this say yes and it will run.
