Reset KX-TVM Maintenance Console Password

Hi All,

Ive inherited a KX-TVM50, I'm running the Maintenance Console and trying to access the system via PC and the USB is configed properly and my laptop knows im connected to a VPS.

My challenge is that the System Manager password that was supplied does not work for PC managment.

Is there any way to reset the PC password using the System Manager credentials via a telephone?

The Maintenance console password and the System manager passwords are different.

I suggest the password you were given is for the maintenance console.
