RESET INTERNAL MODEM

HOW DO I RESET A MODEM ON A G3, CORP IS TRYING TO LOG IN REMOTELY AND CANT LINK UP, SO I NEED TO TRY TO RESET THE MODEM OR SHOULD I DO A SHUTDOWN OF THE WHOLE SYSTEM??

If you have "craft" permissions you can do a "Reset system 1" and that will clear the modem connection. Hope this helps.
