'Reset' interface status

Hi,

Has anyone ever seen an interface status of 'reset' on cisco 2650??

This status is diplayed on Cisco Routers when a G.703 interface is down due link problem (may be the interface is disconected) I think you have a interfaces that support a E1 or T1 with BNC connector and this links are down.

In a V.35 or Ethernet interfaces you will see "down" when you have a problem.

I think we've identified the problem as a faulty WIC card... you never know though, I may be back for more help!!
