Reset Infoset 408 System Password

We purchased a used NEC Infoset 408 phone system. I'm trying to set it up but neither the default passwords from the manual, nor the passwords the original owners gave us (which they said they were not sure of anyway) are working.

Can anyone help me figure out how to reset the system manager's and technician's password? We can't do anything with this system without these passwords.
