Reset Extension Password

We have a Partner/Lucent phone system. I can not figure out how to reset the password on an individual extension if you dont have the old password, any answers?

Are you talking about the VMS password? If so you can set it back to default by going into the admin.

We also have a Parnter ACS VMS and need to reset the password. Does anyone have a specific suggestion?

Log in as the Admin and go to option 4, that is where you set the passwords back to default

Unless you have Partner Messaging. In this case the option is '2' for mailboxes.
