Reset EIC code

I posted this question but for whatever reason its removed. Somebody did this? Why? Do somebody else know why it's removed?

Okay, here is the question again. Is it possible to reset the eic code on a NIU2 board? Maybe someone can dial-in and reset it?

Only for sales issues we are customer from Damovo. We are doing the service on our own.

I asked damovo but they say : Send board to Ericsson.
