reset CallPilot admin password issue

Tried to reset with f985 then 9..nothing...tried 7 and it asked for password..tried the reset password and nothing.

Pretty much retired from telecom and now grow and sell perennials from April-November and Ski from Nov-April

7 is to reset the operator password. What kind of BCM do you have along with software version.

On BCM450, and all Linux BCM releases, the voicemail password is the same as the Element Manager password when logging in using CallPilot Manager.
If you are using SBA (Set Based Administration), there is a different user/pswd combo.
This is configured/changed within Element Manager.
The old F985 procedure doesn't work on the newer platforms.
