I recenty acquired a CALL PILOT 100 and don't know what the IP address is, I have tried the default 192.168.110.10 and it appears to have been changed. I tried the serial cable connection with hyper terminal and no luck. Is there any other way to obtain the IP address of the unit or how can I reset it?

Thanks

The only way I know to do it is with the serial cable. Did you connect the cable and start the hyperterminal and then reboot the CP? This should give you a prompt to access the CP and change your settings.

I know that Nortel is notorious for having standard serial cables for some and null modem for others. You might try both to see if one works, I can't remember which I used last time and I don't have a CP100 handy to test on unfortunately.
