Reset Call Log Password on M3903 Phones 1

How do you reset the Call Log password on a M3903 phone. I was able to reset the Directory/Log on a M3904 phone in LD 32 but when I tried doing the same for the M3903 it does not work. Do I have to be in a different LD when resetting the Call Log password on a M3903?
