Without a password, how do I reset the BayStack 350T to its factory default settings?

Rather than having it gather dust (as it has for a few years) I've decided to use it, but find that it's already been configured. I don't have the name or pasword, and simply want to reset it and start from scratch. The manual makes no mention of a reset button... is there som VooDoo that i"m unaware of?

1) plug in a console cable, power off for at least 30 seconds, within the first 15 seconds of power on type NetICs<cr> and you are in, now make the password some thing you like. (the capitals NIC are important)

2) quite a number of threads in tek-tips explain how to gain access to a 350T via the console cable and NetICs password. I found 5 in my first try

3) some days I think the only reason to HAVE a password is to forget it I tried to remain child-like, all I acheived was childish.
