Reset ASR button missing from agent

I've got a server showing degraded status in CIM because the last reboot was due to ASR. Usually you can go in and click on "clear ASR" to reset the counter and clear this condition. This server doesn't seem to have a "clear" button. Is there another way to clear it?

Logged in as administrator to the agent. I can do other things like change disk thresholds, so I'm not concerned about level of access...

This is probably an agent issue. Or a compatability problem with non-Compaq / HP hardware.

Consider reinstalling the server agents.
