reset a voicemail box password------ Octel Unified Messaging System

I am at a new job and they have an Octel Unified Messaging System. not a Octel 100, 250, or 350

Ver. 5.0 I think.


I need to know how to reset a voicemail box password?

Is this done on exchange?
