Reset a M2008

How do I reset an M2008? My chief engineer unplugged one of the phones and now that I plugged it in, I get the time/date but no dialtone.

Sounds like you need to re-enable your port.
Some times they will disable when you unplug them.

do you have access to the term? if so ld 20, prt dnb 0 xxxx the exten number on key 0.. that will give you the tn then ld 32 enlu x x the tn, or enlu x x x x the tn in a larger switch.. if you can't find those prompts, the station will get well during midnights
