Reset a 1721 to Factory Default

Gentlemen,

I purchased a Cisco 1721 used from Ebay. I know that was my first mistake! I need to get it back to factory settings so I can configure it to allow SDM to load. Can anyone tell me how to reset? I would appreciate any help on how to configure to accept the SDM afterward as well.

I am a novice to the Cisco world. Used to using Netopias

My router doesn't have a eth0 it uses FastEthernet0
I set that to 192.168.0.1

I can access the router thru

http://192.168.0.1

and putting in the level 15 user name and password.

I run the SDM install and use the same info to connect to the router and it fails trying to find the router.

Any suggestions on what I might be missing would be a big help

Below is the Configuration that I got after connecting to the ROuter thru the HTTP: I am able to access the router but not load the SDM software since it keeps tellng me it cannot locate the router. Any help is appreciated.
