Reset 6x16 Password

I went to a customer location that apparently changed their f**266344 password, the only password that works is the f**admin, is there a way to reset the password. I tried powering down and powering back up and entering f**startup and that didn't work either?

Any suggestions?

You will need to have an Authorized Tech with an ITAS pin number fax a letter (with letter head) to ITAS with the company's permission and request for you to debug it.
Some here might suggest for you to short out the capacitors on the software but thats requires re-programming of the whole system as it will default all programming.

reprogramming a 6x16 takes about 1/2 hour.
