I have a CallPiolot 150/mini.
I now have a message that reads (Mailbox Locked) (Contact Administration) Does anyone know the way to unlock these mailboxes.
I tried

Not sure what to do after this it says all keys are "invalid".

Steps - feature 985 press 9 enter the pswd then press ok.

Problem is I'm using a M7100 so no softkeys. Any other ways or do I have to use a M7208?

you need a 2 line display phone a 7310,7316 etc.

Yep, I just had a client who wanted to unlock the mailboxes on a M7100. I went here because I didn't think it was possible. Not sure why he didn't just use the operator set.
