Does this work under 3.0(69) ? Can anyone explain how to use this ?

Thanks,
Bram

Put RESERVE_LAST_CA=1 as a trusted number for a user with CA buttons and the last CA key will be reserved for transferring etc.
If a user only have two CA keys then the user will give busy if on a call.

If a user has two CA keys then the user will give busy if on a call, but the functioncode,s for Callpickup any (*30) or PickupMembers does not work???

Call pickup only works on ringing stations, the phone is not ringing when its busy is it?

I mean a other phone is ringing and on the 5410 i pickup the phone and dail *30 and no go.

Same if i make a group and dail *31 for picupMembers no go.

Ad a CA key and it works.

Make a Key on the phone with pickupany or pickupmembers than it works.

Try it and see it.

Well, raise it as a bug to Avaya via your reseller then.

Big70,

Same problem here, unable to do a pickup with only 2 appearances and the last one reserved.

It,s not a problem yet because a programmed button will work, but it will be when we are going to sell the 5402, because they need the CA else you get problems with transfering calls.

big70,

On which firmware are you ? I'm on 3.0(69) and a pickupany key is not working.

Just don,t lift the handset before using the button.

I don,t like it i hope they will do something about, i will raise it as a bug.

I now there anwere (remove al CA key,s)
