Resending a message

Whenever I try to resend a message that is in my Sent Items box, it tells me I don't have the right to send a message on behalf of the specified user.......which is me and I'm logged in as myself. My network administrator doesn't know how to fix it.

Your network administrator doesn't know how to fix it?
And that's it? Kick him, it's his job to find out!
It is not up to the end-user to fix problems like this.
