I am currently hosting through as a reseller, which I have been doing for about four months now. They are a terrible provider, only one problem after another, to include very slow speeds, especially with .NET applications - even if there is nothing but two lines of text displayed on the page! Their support is even worse. When I address this problem to them, their only suggestion is to upgrade my account with them where they will "guarantee" good service. I'm fed up and want to move.

I do not want to start all over with someone else and run into the same problem. Does anyone know of Quality(!!) hosting providers for resellers and decent rates?

This might surprise you, but Fortunecity seems to me to be quite decent as far as hosting is concerned.
Of course, I only have a personal site and there is nothing fancy on it (I code my HTML by hand), but their support is fine for me, as is their price. As for performance, my site is indeed online 24/7 (as far as I know).
You might want to check them out.

How quickly does their support respond? Do they seem helpful, or do they have more of an attitude like, "well, that's how it is, deal with it or go somewhere else"?

My site is always on as well, the problem is that for .Net applications, it could take anywhere between 60 to 120 seconds for it to load....and it was only a page displaying text - two lines of text at that. What is the performance like at fortunecity?

What is the website:

Support is quite helpful - response time is one working day which is sufficient for me.
I would like to point out that I do not have a business site, so my response times are probably not indicative of what a professional would get.
Also, my site being pure HTML it has no load time issues. I have no use for .NET functionality or mailing lists, and I refuse to deal with forums and the associated issues. So my site is basic as they get.

I like totalchoicehosting. I have my business there and have run into no problems. I had some intial set-up type questions re: PHP and other things which were responded to quickly and correctly.

In no way do I receive any benefit by mentioning totalchoicehosting.

Thank you for the suggestions everyone. I really appreciate it. I will check them all out! :)
