Research Pane on Office 2003

If it helps, I can tell you why it is probably popping up all the time unwanted. MS has assigned Control+Click as the shortcut to launch the Research Task Pane. Rest assured that it won't be Alt+Click for the next release of Office.
Ask me how many times I have used Alt+double-click to select a table and got the Research Task Pane!
