Resable swf file in browswer

Is it possible to create a flash file with will resize with different size browsers/monitors?

If so Could some one point me in a direction to get started

When you publish to html make the following changes to publish setings html.

1)dimensions-percent
2)scale-exact fit

these changs will give you the result.
