RES3700 Reload DB from Command Line

Does anyone know how to generate the Reload Database signal from the command line?

I saw this POST thread693-1779864 from Moregelen but there is no longer the detail of whether it was possible or how.

I saw the clcontrol help but I couldn't find a way to do it from there.
