RES3700 Printer Config Question

Greetings Everyone!

Currently seeking assistance with Micros RES3700 printer configuration specifically:

Q. I want to know whether different menu items can be configured to different kitchen printers within the same revenue center?

Current Set Up:
Main Restaurant = all items configured to print on main kitchen printer only
Beach Restaurant = all items configured to print on beach kitchen printer only

Desired Set Up:
Beach Restaurant = one half of the menu configured to print on beach kitchen printer
rest of the menu configured to print on the main kitchen printer

is the desire set up even possible in 3700?

Menu items can be set to print at what ever order printer you want. Its defined in the print class settings of the menu item.

For understanding in normal Configuration, there is a Printers by RVC configuration possible but rarely in use.

1 Print Class linked to items (The item may be able to be printed on all the following printers, possible to print on)
- Main Kitchen Printer
- Beach Kitchen Printer

This will be restricted by the UserWorkstation (The PrintClass print to all possible Printers, but the Workstation can only see Printer xy)
User Workstation Main
- OrderDevice Main Kitchen Activated
User Workstation Beach
- OrderDevice Beach Kitchen Activated



You need 2 new Print Classes for every single Printer.

- Print only on Main Kitchen
Activate only Main Kitchen OrderDevices
- Print only on Beach
Activate only Beach Kitchen Printer Order Device

Link the MenuItems to the corresponding Print Class and it should be only printed on the desired printer.
