RES3700 order type

In 3700 it can not be linked with OrderType like Simphony.
In 3700 Main/Sub Level can be linked with
Auto Menu Level
Serving Periods
You can change the Level only with Buttons on the Screen and Macros if you would like to change both. Price and OrderType. Perhaps for TakeAway.
There are two options to change... for next item or for all items that are already on the check.
