Out of nowhere we started experiencing issues with accepting credit cards. It gives error msg busy and I could hear dial tone at the back office. After taking to the micros support we came to conclusion that there is no internet connection on the micros server. And the rep advised us to get an IT person to fix it. We got an IT guy and got the internet but then workstations would not work. We tried several times and no succes . It's either internet or workstations. The IT guy says there's nothing he can do . Please help
