Hi Everyone,
I'm trying to find out what it takes to put DS9208 scanners on USB. We recently moved to Res3700 5.7 and off of our 5As. We are now completely on 6 series.
Most of our scanners are serial with these adapters but the person previously in my position has a bunch of these scanners sitting in a box with cables that are RJ45 to USB. I'm short adapters after this upgrade and wanted to see what it might take to move to the USB cables.
I was told previously that there's an issue with USB / handshake for the scan, so the cashier would have to hit enter after a scan. Not sure if that's true or not.
