RES3700 Add General Order Comments in KDS

We currently work with orders that enter directly into the POS through Transaction Services and its WEB_API, some of these orders bring general comments and comments within the products.

In the tickets both are shown but in the KDS screens it only shows the comments of the products.

Does anyone know how to get them to show up?

Here an example, In this case the comments are a bit long but I only want to add the order number and the Parking Place.
 
Its probably going to be on your integrator. Most have switched to using menu items for general comments /special requests/ order numbers so they can be pushed to the kds. They are probably storing that info you see on the printed ticket in there own tables so you cant put that info onto the kds screen. To the best of my knowledge. We had the same issue and they switched to menu items (special prep) and can put that info onto the KDS
