RES Upgrade With First Data (FDMS) Driver 1

We just upgraded, an XP/4.9 server...to 7/5.2mr1.

Site has an FDMS driver, which I haven't seen in forever! Set-up came across with DB; and we loaded the drivers...but we're getting a VXN error, which if memory serves is related to the crazy DataWire set-up.

We have the old box, to reference; but can't really find the parameters. Anyone have an pointers, doc, etc.?

There is a registry key somewhere in there which contains a code that the driver has to have. You can either figure out where it is (I don't remember) or get the processor to reset it so that next time it will do the hand-shake process again and setup what the key is.

Yeah; it took like 3 phone calls, and 2 hours on hold. But we finally got to DataWire support...and they just needed to reset it.

Haven't dealt with one, in YEARS!
