RES 5.4 MR3 POS Freezing

Hi,
we are using Micros 5.4 MR3 with windows 8 POS system, when we tried to start application, the ops start to uploading standalone transactions and it will be freezes and showing the message " ops has stopped working" !!!
We test communications between server and WS via ping command, and it's relpy successfully

Please help
